If you see $0 commission on a retailer product page while using LinkIt, please note:
- LinkIt essentially scrapes the retailer product page for information. When you see $0, this indicates that LinkIt has not been able to "scrape" that information from the product page. It is not an indication of an item exclusion.
- Please refer to the Commission Rates page to check out any excluded products, categories, and other important information on a retailer-level basis, when available and provided by the retailer.
- For context, LinkIt allows influencers to monetize products that are not imported into the Collective product catalog (imported items display in the search tab of accounts). We partner with hundreds of retailers, so LinkIt ensures that product information is as up-to-speed with any retailer changes as possible. It's nimble and really opens up the amount of items that you can link to. However, if you see $0, we are happy to improve this for you.
